A phaser is needed to achieve that organic tone and I highly recommend a capo on the 

fret because that is the best way to play it (see live version: Mick actually plays it one 

step down, but the recorded version has been pitched up through the mixing)

There's a sort of bridge played in Fm7. While the rhythm guitar plays random low notes

At 4:51 the rhythm guitar start scratching on-beat and at 4:55 it strikes Cm7 on the 

Finally it scratches from 5:36 to 5:55 then stops playing.
